Soft Eve is a retail business operating at 1200 W Lake St, Minneapolis, MN 55408. We sell women's dresses and related products through our website. All transactions are conducted in US dollars and are subject to applicable Minnesota and federal law.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, textures, and dimensions accurately. However, the appearance of products on your screen may vary depending on your device's display settings. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Unworn items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 21 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@softevestore.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within one business day. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days of receiving the return in acceptable condition.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards are delivered by email and are redeemable toward any purchase on softevestore.com. Gift cards have no expiry date and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced. Gift card balances are not redeemable for cash.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Soft Eve or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
